Abstract

There are many species of exotic fish migrating to the Mediterranean ecosystem. One of the most exotic migrants fish species is Tetraodontidae family. The species belonging to Tetraodontidae family found in Antalya Bay since 2000 is aim of this study.           In this study, species such as Lagocephalus spadiceus, Lagocephalus suezensis, Lagocephalus seceleratus, Torquigener flavimaculosus, Sphoeroides pachygaster, Tylerius spinosissimus belonging to Tetraodontidae and yellow boxfish Ostracion cubicus belonging to Ostraciidae family were detected.
